Every photo collection is different: a shoebox of prints, a lifetime of digital files, or a full family estate. That's why I don't offer one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, every project is billed at a simple, flat rate of $85 per hour, with a personalized estimate provided before any work begins.

Most clients invest between $250 and $1,500. Larger legacy or estate projects are scoped individually. You'll always know what to expect before I get started.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you come to my home, or is this done remotely?

Both! I offer in-home service within the Central Texas area, with complimentary pickup and delivery of physical materials. For clients outside Central Texas, I work virtually via screen sharing same great service, worldwide.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the size and condition of your collection. Most projects run between 4 and 12 hours. I'll give you a clear estimate during your free consultation before we begin.

What happens to my original photos?

Your originals are handled with white-glove care at all times. Physical prints are never out of your possession overnight unless we've made specific arrangements, and digital files are backed up throughout the process.

Do prepaid hours expire?

No. Prepaid hour blocks never expire. Use them on one project or spread them across several over time, entirely up to you.

What if my project takes more hours than estimated?

I'll always communicate with you before going over the original estimate. You are never billed for additional hours without your approval first.

Can I combine services?

Absolutely! In fact, most clients do. A typical project might include organizing prints, scanning selected photos, and creating a photo book, all in one engagement. We'll map it all out during your free consultation.

How do I pay?

Hourly clients are invoiced after each session. Prepaid block clients pay upfront to secure their hours and priority scheduling. I accept all major payment methods.
